Countertops We Fabricate

The different types of countertops we fabricate and install include granite, porcelain, marble, quartzite, onyx, soapstone, limestone, travertine, and quartz from Cambria, Caesarstone, Silestone, HanStone, LG Viatera, Wilsonart, Vetrazzo and Geos Recycled Glass, and other engineered materials. Thanks to our extensive selection of options, we are confident that you will find exactly what you are looking for. We have 5,000+ slabs onsite for viewing in our slab yard.

Our Fabrication Facility

Although our selection is commendable, one of the main things that ensures the quality of our services is the state-of-the-art technology we use at our 30,000-square-foot fabrication facility. For example, we are able to precisely cut natural stone and other engineered countertop materials because we use five-axis CNC saws and routing technology from GMM and Intermac, as well as water jet technology by Flow International. We also use an RCM inline detail machine when we profile and polish edges. Additionally, we have skilled craftsmen that miter, laminate, and make full custom edges by hand. This is where old and new technology meet.

Our shop is also one of the reasons our customers continue to turn to us for high-quality countertop materials, fabrication, and installation. In our shop, we fabricate all the countertops we install ourselves, without outsourcing this process to another provider. When doing this, we use LEED technology to produce the highest- quality countertops you can find in the current market.

Another thing that we do in our shop to get exceptional results is invest in the latest technology. For example, as mentioned above, we use two CNC Intermac Saws, as well as a CMM Brio Saw. We also use a flow water jet to reduce abrasion and create clean cuts when cutting slabs. And on top of all this, we also use a Sasso Flying flat edge polisher to finish off our countertops and ensure they are fully ready for seamless installation.

Another tool we have added to our fabrication shop is Slabsmith, which allows for the ultimate in slab layout and design. This digital imaging software produces digitized slabs that are highly accurate and detailed, so we can plan for countertop installs with complete precision. When working with Slabsmith, all the relevant properties of the original photographed slab are included, and we can use the digitized renderings to provide 3D visual layouts to our customers. This technology allows us to show our customers exactly what their new countertops will look like in their home following fabrication and install.
